MEET ATTORNEY AUDREY GAY EHRHARDT, PRINCIPAL
Audrey Gay Ehrhardt brings a wealth of experience in creating and managing successful law practices and businesses across the country. As a licensed attorney in Florida and a certified behavioral consultant, Audrey has been an attorney in the state of Florida for 20 years focusing her career on what matters most: supporting your family and ensuring you are never alone as you navigate the complexities of the aging process in America.

Audrey was born in Dunedin, Florida. In 2001, she earned a Bachelor of Arts with Honors in both Classics and History, with an honors-in-the-major thesis in the Classics Department (The Moral Reforms of Augustus, April 2001) at The Florida State University.

In 2004, she earned her Juris Doctor from The Florida State University College of Law. While in law school, Audrey was a member of the Mock Trial Team and Phi Delta Phi (Legal Honor Society). Through the College of Law’s criminal externship program, Audrey tried cases as a Certified Legal Intern for the Public Defender’s Office during her third year of school.

After passing the Florida Bar in 2004, Audrey began practicing in an existing thirty-year estate planning law practice ranging from Pinellas County north through Levy County. In October 2010, Audrey founded The Ehrhardt Elder Law Offices, P.A. She focused her practice on estate planning, trust administration, wealth preservation for high-net-worth families, and asset protection strategies for seniors and their families using her unique “Sustainable Senior” approach to long-term care. While practicing, she assisted multiple clients in obtaining benefits from both the Florida Medicaid and Veteran Affairs programs.
Audrey sold her law practice at the beginning of 2013 to join her family who relocated a year early to Tallahassee, Florida. Audrey joined ElderCounsel, LLC, in April 2013, as the Office Management Director to develop and create said program at the company. In December 2019, Audrey founded and opened Ehrhardt Law, PLLC, The Medicaid Application Firm, which provides targeted services exclusively for Florida attorneys until, based on the need she saw in her own community, she extended her services to be able to support Florida elders and their loved ones.
Audrey's expertise is not only a benefit to her Florida client but invaluable for lawyers and their teams grappling with the complexities of today's legal landscape. She's a prominent national speaker, addressing key topics like elder law, estate planning, business growth, team dynamics, legal marketing, and the integration of technology in legal services. She is a certified consultant for many of the legal practice management software options available to lawyers today. Audrey's vision and leadership in Practice42 reflect her commitment to pioneering solutions for the evolving challenges in the legal profession. Her innovative approach to the practice of law is evident in her own virtual law firm, which she operates from Florida, leveraging cutting-edge technology.
Audrey is married with five boys, a greenhouse full of plants, and enjoys yoga, reggae music, going on mother/daughter adventures, fishing, and sitting in the sun while thinking.
